MuscleSlab combines a concrete pod slab (A) and a steel screw pile system (B) designed to meet some of the worst geotechnical conditions possible. MuscleSlab is suitable for areas of coastal sand scouring.

Should an event occur causing sand scouring or subsidence of the ground under the slab (C), in anything but extreme cases, the slab will remain suspended (D), and flexible to move with the shake.

MuscleSlab comes in two strengths and is suitable for any shape or size of home:
